From 1–3 October 2025, the 6G-Cloud consortium gathered in Paris, France, for its 6th General Assembly, hosted by Thales. This in-person meeting brought together all project partners to review progress, share technical achievements, and define the next steps towards a cloud-native, AI-driven 6G architecture.
The three-day assembly provided a platform for both strategic discussions and hands-on technical collaboration.
On the first day, partners aligned on overall project status, reviewed work package progress, and engaged in sessions dedicated to technical and ethics requirements, with input from the advisory board.
The second day focused on deeper technical interactions, including proof-of-concept integration, cross-work package collaboration, AI/ML work, and a workshop on Key Exploitable Results (KERs). These discussions helped consolidate the project’s innovative outputs and their potential impact.
On the final day, attention shifted to management, risk review, dissemination activities, and contributions to the SNS-JU initiative. The assembly concluded with a set of action points that will guide the consortium in the coming months.
The 6th General Assembly was not only an opportunity to consolidate technical progress, but also to strengthen collaboration and reinforce the shared commitment of the 6G-Cloud consortium to advance next-generation connectivity.
