From 3 to 6 June, the 6G-Cloud project took part in the EuCNC & 6G Summit 2025 in Poznań, Poland – one of the most important events for the research and development of future communication systems in Europe. The event marked a key milestone for 6G-Cloud, as the project presented its latest achievements and innovations to the broader 6G community.
Throughout the week, 6G-Cloud was featured at a dedicated booth, where members of the consortium engaged with stakeholders, researchers, and industry leaders, offering insight into how the project is contributing to a cloud-native, intelligent, and sustainable 6G architecture.
The 6G-Cloud team had the pleasure of welcoming Dr. Odysseas Pyrovolakis, Programme Officer at the Smart Networks and Services Joint Undertaking (SNS JU) and Project Officer for 6G-Cloud. His visit was an opportunity to showcase the project’s progress, introduce key partners, and discuss the impact of 6G-Cloud on the future of European digital infrastructure.
A Highlight: The 6G-Cloud Demo Workshop
One of the most engaging moments of the event was the 6G-Cloud Demo Workshop, held on Wednesday 4 June at the 6G-Cloud booth. The session offered a series of live technical demonstrations, each showcasing key components of the 6G-Cloud framework.
The workshop brought together experts from across the consortium to demonstrate how 6G-Cloud is addressing major challenges in the evolution toward 6G.

With strong engagement, dynamic demos, and strategic conversations, EuCNC & 6G Summit 2025 was a valuable platform to reinforce 6G-Cloud’s role in shaping the next generation of mobile networks. As the project continues to evolve, we remain committed to driving innovation in cloud-native network architecture, ensuring flexibility, scalability, and sustainability across the future 6G landscape.
