CNSM 2025
6G‑Cloud will participate in the 21st International Conference on Network and Service Management (CNSM 2025), which will be held in Bologna, Italy, from 27–31 October 2025. This year, the conference theme is “AI and Sustainability in the Future of Network and Service Management.” CNSM brings together researchers, practitioners, and industry experts to explore cutting-edge solutions for network and service management, focusing on emerging challenges in 6G and beyond.
Solomon Wassie from the University of Bern will present the paper “MARC‑6G: Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning for Distributed Context-Aware SFC Deployment and Migration in 6G Networks.” The research introduces MARC‑6G, a novel framework for decentralized orchestration of Service Function Chains (SFCs) over the Cloud Continuum Framework (CCF). By leveraging multiple cooperative agents, the system monitors distributed portions of the network, collaboratively optimizes control policies, and makes local decisions that enhance overall SFC deployment under dynamic traffic conditions.
About CNSM
The International Conference on Network and Service Management (CNSM) is a leading forum for presenting and discussing advances in network and service management. The conference covers topics including cloud-native architectures, software-defined networking, edge and cloud computing, AI-driven orchestration, and sustainable network operation. CNSM gathers academics, industry experts, and policymakers to share research outcomes and collaborate on solutions that will define the future of network and service management.
